I would prefer to introduce myself personally. I believe that personal contact and good communication are essential for a high-quality cooperation. That is what you can expect from me.

As a lawyer and manager of a Tax & Legal department from an international company, I have advised many employers (multinationals and small companies as well) in the field of Dutch employment law and HR. The entrepreneurial experience I gained as a manager is also very valuable for advising employers, because we understand each other better.

Thanks to the many years of knowledge and experience I have gained, I have developed into an expert in the field of employment law and HR.

During the daily work you are probably overwhelmed by a large amount of information. As an entrepreneur, HR employee or director you are probably not happy with unnecessary information. My approach is therefore practical and I write my advices in clear language, avoiding complicated professional jargon as much as possible. Because I know that it is often necessary to act quickly within an organization, the lead times are short. I hereby note that this should of course never be at the expense of the quality of the service.
