Fixed fee for legal check settlement agreement (termination agreement)
Have you received a settlement agreement (also named termination agreement) from your employer and would you like to have the content of this agreement legally checked?
Dutch Legal Experts can check the proposed settlement agreement on legal standards and if dismissal is justified. If possible and desired, Dutch Legal Experts can also enter into negotiations with your employer for the best possible result.
Fixed fee
This service will be offered for € 750,- excluding VAT.
- The costs for legal assistance are often reimbursed by the employer in the context of the settlement agreement. If such an offer is missing, Dutch Legal Experts will include this in the negotiation. It is therefor possible the legal costs will be reimbursed by your employer.
Process
- Send the termination agreement with an explanation of the reason for the termination to: info@dutchlegalexperts.com;
- You will be called within 24 hours (on working days) to discuss the content of the termination agreement.
- Subsequently, Dutch Legal Experts will check the settlement agreement and - if necessary and / or desired - enter into negotiations with your empoyer.
